Meetings & Conferences

Whether for a small group or for hundreds of people, your meeting or conference is sure to be a huge success at Wests. We provide a whiteboard, flipchart, lectern, microphone, sound system, overhead projector and a data projector and screen in each room and we can obtain any other equipment you may require for the day.

Our brand new function rooms downstairs are in a very quiet location with their own bar and outside access. We have a diverse range of menu options starting from finger food and morning tea right up to themed buffet dinners, or you can choose to eat in the Club.

Cocktail Events & Business Lunches

Bambu Lounge is the perfect setting for a corporate cocktail event. Bambu provides a fantastic ambience and up-market feel for your event.

Expos

Our auditorium is the ideal location to hold your business expo. With plenty of free parking and a huge space that can hold up to 700 people (and hundreds of stalls), as well as a private bar and kitchen and a stage area if required, we can help make your expo a huge success!
