Lakeside Golf Club Camden, a West Group Macarthur venue adds to their award winning year, taking home a suite of awards from Bride’s Choice Awards 2020 including best ‘Golf Club Wedding Venue’ in Western Sydney, ‘Best wedding venue co-ordinator’ and the highly coveted ‘Best of the Best’ Brides choice awards.

The Bride’s Choice Awards recognise those businesses that have excelled or exceeded the expectations of Brides and Grooms in the planning of their wedding. Organised by region, they ask actual married couples to vote for their preferred businesses in categories such as venue, cake, hair and makeup, bridal gowns and more.

Lakeside Golf Club Camden, located just off Raby Road is one of the premier wedding venues in the Macarthur region. This is the third time in almost as many years that Lakeside has been awarded the Bride’s Choice Award for best wedding venue having taken the win 2017, 2019 and now again in 2020.

“To be recongnised again for the passion and commitment of our team and the amazing venue we represent is an incredible honour”, stated Wests Group Macarthur Functions Manager Patricia Dielman. “Our goal is always to give couples the absolute best experience for their special day, but to be recognised like this is very humbling and I couldn’t be prouder!” adds Ms Dielman.

Ms Dielman says “Lakeside Golf Club is the perfect Wedding location – we offer the convenience of ceremony and reception facilities onsite as well as endless photo opportunities on our beautiful golf course. The reception space has a modern ‘country charm’ feel to it with two stunning antique chandeliers, a verandah with fairylight canopy, manicured gardens, a private bar and entrance foyer. Our hardworking team of staff are dedicated to ensuring that every bride, groom and guest leave with the very best impression and plenty of wonderful memories” stated Ms Dielman.

Lakeside Golf Club Camden is committed to the highest standard of customer service, food and beverage and venue options. To this end, Lakeside is currently undergoing a complete clubhouse and bistro refurbishment to meet the standard of the golf course views, stunning gardens, and function rooms.

Lakeside Golf Club Camden will be holding their next Wedding Open Day on August 30, showcasing their venue, as well as local wedding service providers.

The Wests Group functions team welcomes discussions in relation to wedding and function services and will be complying with current government-imposed restrictions on gathering size and social distancing.
