Wests Group Macarthur has extensive experience in holding Celebration of Life occasions and we would be glad to assist to make this difficult time easier for you and your loved ones. Our group has the ability to accommodate for small intimate groups through to large groups, with a variety of function spaces available to suit you and your family’s needs in this difficult time.

Wests League Club has flexible room options available for numbers between 40 and 700 guests, equipped with AV facilities, private function room bars, and a private pre-function foyer.

ACACIA/EUCALYPTUS ROOM

Ideal for events of up to 70 guests seated, or 80 guests cocktail style. The room is equipped with a private bar and bathroom facilities, dance floor, wireless microphone and a flatscreen television for AV presentations.

Minimum 40 guests

GARDENIA ROOM

Ideal for events of up to 150 guests seated or 200 cocktail style, this room is equipped with a private bar, dance floor, data projector and screen, two wireless microphones and floor to ceiling windows giving exceptional views over Campbelltown Stadium.

Minimum 50 guests

JACARANDA/WARATAH ROOM

Equipped with a private bar, dance floor, large elevated stage, two data projectors and screens and up to four wireless microphones, the room is ideal for events of up to 340 guests seated or 450 cocktail style.

Minimum 150 guest

AUDITORIUM

Our largest event space, the Wests Auditorium is a combination of our Jacaranda/Waratah and Gardenia Rooms. Seating up to 550 guests for a plated meal or 700 cocktail style, the room is equipped with a private pre-function foyer and bar, dance floor, large elevated stage, screens, up to four wireless microphones and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Campbelltown Stadium.
